Incredible auction items await you in our four-day fundraiser, including one-of-a-kind designs, fabulous excursions and experiences, unique food and wine tastings, vintage collectibles and much more! The online auction will open for bids October 1, 2020 at 10:00 AM and will close October 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM. We hope our online auction is seamless and easy to navigate. Joining the auction is easy! In order to start bidding, you will need to create an account with us if you don't have one already. It's quick and only requires a few details from you. CLICK HERE for an auction details cheat sheet or follow the below steps: 

Step 1: CLICK HERE or go to our Account Login page. Tip: You can access the Account Login page by clicking the figure icon in the top right hand corner of our website.

Step 2: Once on the Account Login page, click the colored "CREATE ACCOUNT" button. 

Step 3: Once on the CREATE ACCOUNT page, enter your First Name, Last Name, email address, a password and click the CREATE button. Voila! When the auction begins, you will be able to login and freely bid on any auction item of your choosing.

How to Bid: Each auction item will showcase a starting/minimum bid amount and the current bid. To place a bid, simply enter the amount in the empty field and click PLACE BID.

Bidding Increment: All items in the auction have a bidding increment of $10. Therefore, if the current bid is $20, the next bid, at minimum would need to be $30. Any bid amount can be entered so long as the bidding increment is exceeded.

After every bid, a confirmation will be seen within the bidding box and sent by email. You will also be notified if you've been outbid and offered the chance to rejoin the auction to keep bidding.

If You Win or are Runner-Up: If you are the winning bidder, you will be notified by email of your win and will be prompted to PURCHASE YOUR AUCTION ITEM. You will have THREE DAYS/72 hours from the time you receive your email notification to purchase your item. You will be sent one email reminder if payment is not promptly made.

If payment is not made for the auction item within three days (from the time you receive your email notification), your win is rescinded and a Runner-Up bidder will be notified of the win.

If you are the Runner-Up bidder, you will receive an email notification that you have not won, but still have a chance to win if the winning bidder fails to make payment within the three day time limit. If you are awarded the win, you will be notified by email. You will have THREE DAYS/72 hours from the time you receive your email notification to purchase the auction item.

Shipment Details: Once payment for an auction item is processed, a purchase confirmation/donation receipt will be sent by email. A shipment notification with tracking information will follow shortly thereafter. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment (longer for certain items).
